This project is the development of approximately 38,000 sq.ft. of office space that needs to be finished-out to house the Parkland Replacement Hospital Design Team.
These offices will be the center of design and production activity for the duration of the project program, and will serve the needs of the Owner (PHHS), Project Controls Manager (PCM), Construction Manager at Risk, (CM), and the Master Architect (HDR+Corgan)
