McAfee3 Architects teamed with BOKA Powell on the John Peter Smith Hospital Strategic Utilization Plan. The project included assessing current and future needs, data collection, building surveying of the Hospital departments, staff analysis and efficiency, and assessment. Developing concepts and stages for growth in the first 0 to 5years for immediate goals, 5 to 10 years for the second priority items, and 10 years and beyond for future growth. The final document will include recommendations for the hospital campus, for their facilities located in Tarrant County, and addressing their future needs with a working budget.
