McAfee3 renovated the ground and mezzanine levels of the historic HART Building in Downtown Dallas. This over 5000sq.ft renovation has been transformed from a vacant shell to a vibrant, two concept dining room and performance cocktail lounge. While navigating the challenges of designing a modern commercial kitchen in an over 130 year old building, the McAfee3 team and the client have been able to create a truly unique space for high quality dining and atmosphere in a densely corporate area of the city.
