Originally designed by Charles McAfee in 1970s, the complex was renovated with admin, teaching, and exhibition spaces.

1996 Summer Olympic Games
Charles F. McAfee provided program management services for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, including a review and confirmation of architectural programs, analysis and confirmation of budgets and schedule.

Alveranga/Ward Residence

The $4.8M Oklahoma City Transit Center features 17 bus bays, a kiss-n-ride lane, public art, interactive signage, and a glass-enclosed seating area.

Dallas County Detention Center, South Tower
McAfee3 and HKS designed the 265,293 sq.ft. Dallas County Detention Center South Tower, which houses 2,304 inmates across nine pods per floor.

DART Controlled Data Consolidation Center
McAfee3 was tasked with designing the new addition of the front vestibule, enclosed emergency stair, electrical yard enclosure, and covered walkway of the DART Controlled Data Consolidation Center.

Of approximately 11,070 sf., the renovation of the Fulton County Northside Library includes exterior spaces and interiors, such as complete reorganization, and expansion of collaboration spaces.

Grauwyler Park Pavillion Improvements
Grauwyler Park’s historic shelter is being renovated. Upgrades include a new parking lot with 69 spaces, refreshed landscaping, and restoration of the historic fountain.

McAfee3 renovated the historic HART Building for The Kelley Law Firm, balancing preservation, ADA standards, and client needs. The result: a restored façade and a refined office space.
